1. Acceptance of Terms

Service Limitations
Our liability for loss or damage is limited according to industry standard COGSA and Carmack Amendment provisions. Unless a higher value is declared in writing before transport, our standard carrier limits apply to all freight movements.
Documentation
Clients must provide accurate Bill of Lading details. Inaccurate weight or class descriptions may result in rate adjustments. We're not liable for delays caused by clerical errors in documentation provided by the shipper.
2. Payment & Liability
Payment terms are Net 15 unless otherwise specified in your Master Service Agreement. Late payments incur a fee of 1.5% per month. Why settle for less when you can have guaranteed performance? We maintain rigorous insurance coverage for your peace of mind.
- Force Majeure: We aren't responsible for delays caused by weather, labor strikes, or acts of God.
- Claims: All freight claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery per 49 U.S.C. 14706.
